TOOLS YOU WILL NEED: Measuring cup & spoons, cutting board & kitchen knife, large bowl with cover or plastic wrap, wooden spoon, large sauce pan (for eggs). INGREDIENTS: (Adults or older teens should do the chopping; boiling & handling the eggs requires caution. This recipe requires close adult supervision; let the little one's assemble the ingredients, mix & prepare the sandwich or salad)
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients in a large bowl mixing well. Cover & refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. When ready to serve mix again & spread on bread of choice for a sandwich or use in a salad.
