TURKEY CLUB SANDWICH PRINT

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED:  Cutting board; knife for cutting & for spreads

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Slices whole-grain bread
  • Mayonnaise or spread of choice of spreads
  • 2 slices (1 oz each) turkey (left-over, deli or packaged lunch meat)
  • Fresh spinach leaves to taste
  • 2 slices ripe tomato
  • Roasted red peppers to taste (or use thinly sliced red bell pepper)
  • 1 or 2 slices American cheese or cheese of choice

DIRECTIONS:  Spread one side of each slice of bread with mayonnaise or

 spread & assemble sandwich with remaining ingredients. 

SERVINGS:  1                                        TIME:  5 minutes

SERVING TIPS:  For a single serving slice the sandwich diagonally & serve

 with fresh fruit.  For party platters slice diagonally into quarters.  For the
